Breaking Down Your Health – Essential Screenings & Their Impact

Each screening is backed by NHS guidelines and designed to detect early health risks before they become serious concerns.

What We Screen For & Why It Matters

Many serious health conditions, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and respiratory issues, often go unnoticed until they lead to major complications. Our mobile health screening service proactively identifies potential health risks by assessing four key areas: cardiovascular health, metabolic and general health, respiratory health, and musculoskeletal health. With seamless on-site screenings, individuals receive valuable health insights without disrupting their daily routines—empowering them to take control of their well-being.

Cardiovascular Health

  • Blood Pressure Measurement

Detects hypertension or hypotension, critical for preventing heart disease, stroke, and kidney problems.

  • Resting Heart Rate

Evaluates cardiovascular fitness by measuring heartbeats per minute while at rest.

  • Total Cholesterol

Measures the overall cholesterol levels in the blood, providing a key indicator of cardiovascular health and potential risks. High levels may contribute to heart disease, requiring lifestyle adjustments or medical intervention.

  • LDL ("Bad" Cholesterol)

Evaluates low-density lipoprotein (LDL) levels, which can accumulate in arteries and lead to blockages, increasing the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Early detection allows for targeted dietary and lifestyle interventions.

  • HDL ("Good" Cholesterol")

Assesses high-density lipoprotein (HDL) levels, which help remove excess cholesterol from the bloodstream. Higher levels are associated with better heart health, reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease.

  • Cardiac Assessment Questionnaire

Gathers information on symptoms and risk factors related to heart health for a comprehensive assessment.

Metabolic & Diabetes Risk

  • Body Mass Index (BMI)

Assesses body weight relative to height to identify potential health risks associated with weight categories.

  • Waist Circumference

Indicates metabolic risk by assessing abdominal fat distribution, linked to heart disease and diabetes.

  • HbA1c (Glycated Hemoglobin)

Measures average blood glucose levels over the past two to three months, detecting prediabetes and diabetes.

Respiratory Health

  • Oxygen Saturation Level

Measures oxygen-saturated hemoglobin in the blood, identifying respiratory or cardiovascular concerns.Evaluates body alignment to detect musculoskeletal imbalances and prevent chronic pain.

  • Spirometry

Measures lung function to detect respiratory conditions such as asthma and chronic lung diseases.

Postural & Lifestyle Health

  • Postural Assessment

Evaluates body alignment to detect musculoskeletal imbalances and prevent chronic pain.

  • Grip Strength Test

Grip strength is a key indicator of overall muscle function and health. Research links reduced grip strength to an increased risk of cardiovascular disease, frailty, and decreased mobility. Including this test in our screening helps identify individuals who may benefit from early intervention, strength training, or further medical assessment.

  • Lifestyle Assessment Questionnaire

Evaluates behaviors impacting health, such as diet, exercise, and smoking, promoting personalized health advice.
